This document sets out the terms governing all users' access to and use of the maju66 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the maju66 platform in any way, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must cease using the platform immediately.

Acceptance of these terms also encompasses our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between users and the maju66 platform. Users who continue to use the platform following any amendment to the terms are deemed to have accepted those changes.

This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the maju66 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and current — including your full name, phone number, and payment details. maju66 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for security or compliance purposes.

  • Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
  • Users must notify maju66 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
  • Maju66 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to review or closure in accordance with the platform's internal policies.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Users agree to use the maju66 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any unlawful, fraudulent, or platform-integrity-compromising use is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are prohibited on the maju66 platform:

  • Making transactions using a credit card or bank account that does not belong to the registered user.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to third parties.
  • Taking any action that may place excessive load on the platform's infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance involved in suspicious activity, and legal action where necessary.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All financial transactions on the maju66 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details or payment method information are accurate and up to date.

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time. maju66 reserves the right to request proof of bank account ownership before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the specified threshold.

  • All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed.
  • Withdrawal requests that are suspicious or cannot be verified may be placed on hold pending investigation.
  • Maju66 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
  • Any fees or charges imposed by the user's financial institution are solely the user's responsibility.

Bonuses and promotions credited to your account may be subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. The conditions applicable to each promotion will be stated separately in the relevant promotion terms.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

The maju66 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, maju66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party actions. Users acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and accept full responsibility for their usage decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the maju66 platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of maju66 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links & Services

The maju66 platform may utilise third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. maju66 is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or conduct of these third parties. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately.

6. Amendments, Account Closure & Governing Law

Terms Amendment

Maju66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Account Suspension & Closure

Maju66 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to terms violations, suspected fraudulent activity, user request, or orders from relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or serious violations, the account balance may be forfeited.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact the customer support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all requirements are met and identity verification is complete.
